New Foods

Starfruit is NOW growing on campus. The "green smoothie" is a new pancake I'm trying. It's pretty tasty! Here's the recipe...

2 avocado
6 eggs
Squash 1c or so
Cinnamon 1tbl
Almond or Coconut butter 1tsp
***Blend together, fry in pan with butter and enjoy. Major source of protein and fiber. The perfect start to any morning!

Nosara

Pics from a much needed solo trip to Nosara last weekend. I stayed in a hostel called Almost Paradise and they had an outdoor shower. Loved it!

Can't believe we have used all of these books already.

Current classes are: Pathology, Thai Massage and Business Development.

Upcoming classes are Cranio/Sacral, Integrative Massage and Board Preparations.

Only 20 more days to go as of tomorrow....crazy!

One of 7 waterfalls in the world that empties into the ocean. Still trying to decide if the 4 hr hike, dehydration and the major sunburn were worth it. A nice lady with a machete and coconuts to drink helped a lot!
